Kwikstage Scaffolding Ledger Horizontal Part of Scaffold

Component of kwikstage scaffold.In fabrication, the kwikstage ledgers are made of OD48.3mm steel scaffold tubes with two sets of thumbs and wedges at each end.
In kwikstage construction, the kwikstage ledgers connect to the V Clips of the kwikstage standards to form support scaffold and frames.
Wellmade's kwikstage scaffolding system and ledgers are tested in Australia according to AS/NZS 1576 and BS 1139, EN12810 standards. In addition, it is certified as Work Safe construction material in Australia.
Wellmade manufactures all standard sizes for the kwikstage ledgers including 0.56m(1'10"), 0.76m(2'6″), 0.812m(2'8″), 1.0m(3'3″), 1.27m(4'2″), 1.83m(6′), 2.44m(8′), 3.05m(10′), etc.

Rusty Free Treatment

For anti-rusty purposes, the kwikstage scaffolding ledgers will be finished in paint, powder coated, or hot dip galvanized. Among them, painting kwikstage ledgers are cost less, while hot dip galvanized is expensive in price, but can have a 10-year long life.
 

Kwikstage Ledger Steel Grade and Measurement

Kwikstage scaffolding ledgers are made from AS1576 and BS1139 standard steel scaffold tubes.The steel grades could be S235 and S355.While the thickness of the kwikstage ledger raw material is 3.2mm.
