Cuplock Handrail Post-Vertical Part of Cuplock Scaffold
Cuplock handrail posts are one of the vertical components of the cuplock system, specifically designed to receive handrails (guardrails) between two cuplock standards, providing guardrail systems for cuplock scaffolding construction, protecting the safety of work platforms and access for workers. It is called cuplock guardrail posts as well. Cuplock handrail rail posts are made up of one scaffold tube, two sets of top and bottom cups, and one scaffold clamp. Among them, the scaffold clamp has an outer diameter (OD) of 48.3 mm; it is a crucial connector that secures the guardrail posts to the horizontal components, such as cuplock ledgers, of the cuplock scaffolding system, forming a sturdy and integrated frame during construction.
The cuplock handrail post is 1.0 m in height with two sets of top cups and bottom cups, which are convenient for receiving two guard rails (hand rails) within 1.0m high, ensuring a safe and stable protection system for work platforms.
