Ringlock ledgers are horizontal components of modular ring system scaffolding.Ringlock ledgers are also used as guard rails around scaffolding work platforms to protect the safety of ringlock scaffolding construction.
Standard ringlock scaffolding ledger sizes are 0.39 m, 0.73 m, 1.04 m, 1.09 m, 1.57 m, 2.07 m, and 3.07 m. Customised sizes are available, too.
Ringlock ledgers are made of O.D. 48.3mmscaffold tubeswith sets of cast steelledger headsandwedge pinson both sides.
It is also known as a ringlock O ledger, which is distinguished from theringlock scaffold U ledger.
In erection, theheadsof the ringlock ledgers connect to therosetteson theringlock vertical partsand are fixed bywedge pins, which are assembled on the ledger heads.
