Adjustable Scaffold Jack Base are Leveling Components for System scaffolding and Tube Clamp scaffold system.
There are hollow type jack base and solid type jack bases. Hollow Jack Bases are made from seamless or welded scaffold tubes. While Solid Screw Jack Base are made from solid bars.
Threaded bars can be in square threaded or round threaded. Round threaded Jack Base is popular used in Europe and Latin America Countries.
According to scaffold pole inner diameter, adjustable screw jack base diameter can be from OD26mm to OD48mm for different scaffold systems include ringlock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, kwisktage scaffolding, scaffolding frames, shoring frames. etc.
The base plate of the jack base is welded on threaded screws. Size of the base plate normally in 150x150mm, 140x140mm, 120x120mm etc. Customized base plate in size and shape are available by changing molds.
Adjustable screw jack base handles can be forged or cast steel, cast iron.
