Layher Steel Deck Platform for Allround System - Ringlock Modular Scaffold Metal Planks
Initially, 320mm scaffold steel planks are designed by Layher scaffolding for the Allround system scaffold. Nowadays, this special scaffold plank is used popularly in a lot of ringlock scaffolding systems and brands. It is also called Layher decks, Layher steel decks, Layher platforms, Allround Planks, and Layher platforms. The sizes of width are 320mm, the height is 76mm, and the lengths are 0.39m,0.73m,1.07m,1.57m,2.07m,2.57m and 3.07m.
Layher Deck Platforms
There are two sizes of steel Layher decks
- 190mm width steel decks
- 320mm width steel decks
The Layher Allround system includes steel gap decks in addition to steel platform decks. Gap deck widths are standard 300mm and 200mm or customized to 320mm and 190mm to fill gaps between platforms and bays(ringlock ledgers) and secure the ring system scaffold safety.
More than steel decks, there are aluminium platforms and alu-ply platforms with hatches (trapdoors) and access ladders in the Layher Allround System(ringlock). The aluminium platform is 24″ (610mm) in width, but it can be customized to 600mm and 640mm with OEM service.
Types of 320mm Layher Steel Plank Decks
There are two types of 320mm wide Layher steel scaffold planks-O-type planks and U-type Planks, designed for ringlock O Ledgers and ringlock U ledgers.
- O Type Layher planks with O plank Hooks match with O.D 48.3mm diameter ringlock O Ledgers (Made of 48.3mm standard scaffold tubes)
- U Type Layher Planks with U Plank Hooks Hooks, which are compatible with ringlock U Legders (Made of Ribbed steel U profiles)
