Nanjing Wellmade Metalwork Co., Ltd. was founded in nanjing, near shanghai, china, in 2001 and now we have three factories: Nanjing coupler factory, tianjin pipe mill and wuxi system scaffolding factory. It is the fastest growing manufacturer of scaffolding and we are now exporting 100 containers each month.

We have strict Quality Control system:
Raw Material QA: We collect all the MTC(Mill Test Certificate) from our supplier and check all the dimensions according to drawings;
Production Process QC: We have professional QC persons controlling all the process from cutting, pressing, welding to finishing, with advanced Test Jigs. and rejected all the unqualified products;
Assembling Check: Before packing the finish products, we assemble all the products to make sure all the products from our factory are easy to manage.
Tracking: Each product has traceability mark and code, which shows the production date and PO number. We enclose in every container with Test Certificate.

International Standard: All products are strictly conformed to international standard of BS1139 or EN 74. 100% Slip and Distortion Test day and night.

Our Technology: Our technical team is composed by skilled personnel who can support you for any new products. And our Research & Development Centre is able to provide all the molds for production.
